Peach Julep

peach1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for garnish
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 cups peach juice
12 oz. Club soda
4 oz. Colorado Bourbon
Crushed ice
In a medium bowl or pitcher, combine mint and sugar.
With a wooden spoon, mash leaves until bruised. Fill with crushed ice
and add peach juice, club soda and Colorado Bourbon. Serve over crushed ice.
Garnish with more mint. Serves 4
